Guan Gui (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. From 2009 to 2014, he joined the Tohoku University as a research assistant as well as a postdoctoral research fellow, respectively. From 2014 to 2015, he was an Assistant Professor in the Akita Prefectural University, Akita, Japan. Since 2015, he has been a professor with Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China. His recent research interests include intelligence sensing and recognition, intelligent signal processing, and physical layer security.

Dr. Gui has published more than 100 IEEE Journal/Conference papers and won several best paper awards, e.g., ICC 2017, ICC 2014 and VTC 2014-Spring. He received the IEEE Communications Society Heinrich Hertz Award in 2021, top 2% scientists of the world by Stanford University in 2021, the Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researcher in Cross-Field in 2021, the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier in 2020 and 2021, the Member and Global Activities Contributions Award in 2018, the Top Editor Award of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology in 2019, the Outstanding Journal Service Award of KSII Transactions on Internet and Information System in 2020, the Exemplary Reviewer Award of IEEE Communications Letters in 2017, the 2012 Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellowships for Foreign Researchers, and the 2018 Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) International Fellowships for Overseas Researchers. He was also selected as for the Jiangsu Specially-Appointed Professor in 2016, the Jiangsu High-level Innovation and Entrepreneurial Talent in 2016, the Jiangsu Six Top Talent in 2018.

Since 2022, he has been a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society. He is serving or served on the editorial boards of several journals, including IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEICE Transactions on Communications, Physical Communication, Wireless Networks, IEEE Access, Journal of Circuits Systems and Computers, Security and Communication Networks, IEICE Communications Express, and KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, Journal on Communications. In addition, he served as the IEEE VTS Ad Hoc Committee Member in AI Wireless, TPC Chair of PRAI 2022, TPC Chair of ICGIP 2022, Executive Chair of VTC 2021-Fall, Vice Chair of WCNC 2021, TPC Chair of PHM 2021, Symposium Chair of WCSP 2021, General Co-Chair of Mobimedia 2020, TPC Chair of WiMob 2020, Track Chairs of EuCNC 2021 and 2022, VTC 2020 Spring, Award Chair of PIMRC 2019, and TPC member of many IEEE international conferences, including GLOBECOM, ICC, WCNC, PIRMC, VTC, and SPAWC.

桂冠，南京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、信息与通信工程国家级教学示范中心副主任。2012年6月在电子科技大学信息与通信专业（国家级重点学科）获工学博士学位。2009年10月至2014年3月在日本东北大学任职科研助理和博士后研究员。2014年4月至2015年10月在日本秋田县立电子信息系统系任职助理教授。入选全国首批高校黄大年式教师团队（2017）、IEEE高级会员（2017）、江苏省双创团队（2019）、江苏特聘教授（2016）、江苏省高层次创新创业人才（2016）、中国电子学会优秀科技工作者（2022）、江苏省第六期“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象（2022）、江苏省六大高峰人才（2018）、日本学术振兴会（JSPS）特别研究员（2012-2014，2018）、南京市中青年拔尖人才（2018）、南京青年五四奖章（2018）、南京邮电大学优秀党员（2018）、江苏省电子学会5G通信工作委员会主任、江苏省信息技术与应用学会智能信息处理专委会主任。先后承担国防重点项、工业互联网重大专项、国家自然科学基金、日本文部省自然科学基金、华为科技项目等课题10余项。近五年来已在国内外高水平学术期刊（IEEE JSAC, IEEE IOT, IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE TVT, IEEE COMMAG, IEEE WCM，IEEE TVM等）发表论文100余篇，其中ESI高被引论文20篇，ESI热点论文8篇，出版Spring英文专著2部，获得IEEE通信学会海因里希赫兹奖（2021），科睿唯安全球高被引科学家（2021），IEEE VTS杰出讲师（2022）、江苏省通信学会科学技术奖二等奖（2022）、江苏省科学技术进步奖三等奖（2021），斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2021），Elsevier中国高被引学者（2020，2021），IEEE通信学会会员与全球活动贡献奖（2018），IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology最佳编委奖（2019），KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems杰出期刊服务奖（2020），10次国际会议最佳论文奖（IEEE ICC 2014, IEEE VTC 2014-Spring, IEEE ICC 2017, ICNC 2018, CSPS 2018, ADHIP 2018, ICEICT 2019, CSPS 2019, ADHIP 2019，MOBIMEDIA 2020），授权国家发明专利10件。先后担任IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (2017~2020)、IEICE Transactions on Communications (2020~)、IEEE Access (2018~)、Wireless Network (2019~)、Physical Communication (2019~)、通信学报 (2019~)、IEICE Communications Express（2019~）、KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (2017~)、Security and Communication Networks (2012-2016)等期刊编委/区域编委。担任国际会议PRAI2022，ICGIP2022，VTC2021-Fall, WCNC 2021, WCSP2021，Mobimedia 2020、WiMob 2020、ISNCC 2020、ICCC 2020、 VTC 2020-Spring、PIMRC 2019等TPC主席或论坛主席。近几年来研究兴趣：智能感知，智能识别，智能通信、物理层/网络安全等。
