* The registered and presented papers can be free published in the Conference Proceeding for 6 pages. If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages should be paid at 50 USD/page.

- The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers. 
*Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author). 第一作者为学生，且提供学生身份的有效证明。
If the participants have companions with them to the conference, the companions could register at Delegate rate.

Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by your own.

Statement

Before publication, there are some statements you need to know:
1. The paper published in PRAI 2024 Conference Proceedings and Presentation presented on PRAI 2024 conference (collectively, the “Materials”) are original. To the extent the Materials incorporate text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the author has obtained any necessary permissions.
2. In the event your paper is not accepted and published by the IEEE because of plagiarism, poor quality, and other author misconduct or is withdrawn by the author(s), PRAI 2024 will not bear any damage or expense.
3. PRAI 2024 assumes that when your register your paper, you are authorized to do so by your employer or co-authors and that your employer or co-authors has consented to the representation and warranty of publication rights, and to all other terms and conditions of publishing in PRAI 2024 .

 

Notice

  • For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places.
  • Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms.
  • The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings

     

    Cancellation Policy

    • If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
    • * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
    • * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
    • * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
      • Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email via praiconf@outlook.com
      • The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
